The Flood........

This morning driving into work was like driving in a Typhoon!  Yes, I've been in a typhoon so I know what I'm talking about.....
I hate (yes - hate is a harsh word but I'm using it because that's truly how I feel) driving in the rain.
I get all anxious, sweaty, shaky ... the works.  This is when it hit me.....there is NO WAY I would have made it during the flood.  Yes, THE flood!  You know - NOAH & THE flood.  I can only imagine the panic those people felt...it's overwhelming really if you think about it.

Now as I look outside and the sun is shining I'm reminded of God's love and his promise that he would never do that to man again.  Even though, between you and me, it looked like he might be reconsidering it this morning.
