Well, for those of you who don't know - it is JOE PERRY's Birthday!!! Anthony Joseph Perry is the lead guitar player for Aerosmith and my absolute favorite rock god in the whole world. LOVE me some Joe!
I have had an obsession with Joe for many years now, like since high school. There is just something about a lead guitar player that is mysterious, sultry, dangerous and quite sexy. Pino has know about my obsession since before we married. Does he feel threatened? NO - he thinks Joe is the ugliest thing in the world! But I will tell you he was none too happy with me about 8 years ago when I actually met Joe and had my picture taken with him at The Hard Rock in Dallas. Oh no, he wasn't upset about the picture....what I DID with the picture is what he was none to happy about.
A few days after I had my picture taken with Joe, I found myself in Wal-greens making our annual christmas card to send out to all our family and friends. While going through all the pictures - behold - me and Joe.
Then some evil force took over and I found myself in an alternate reality making christmas cards with Joe and I on them telling all our family and friends to "Have a Rockin' Christmas! Love, Joe and Stacy"...before I realized what I was doing I printed 50 copies and was leaving the store! Not with IMBONG christmas cards but JOE AND STACY christmas cards! So, like any sane woman would - I proceeded to mail them to all our friends and family :) I also mailed one to Pino at his office so he'd know what I did, without me having to actually tell him ......yes, he laughed..yes, he knows I'm crazy....but he was still none to happy. But what a great story for my grandchildren -- RIGHT!!!!!
ps. my older son is elijah PERRY, my younger one is ian JOSEPH.....
NO - i didn't plan it...it just worked out that way...... :) really!
